God Is Holding Your Hand
Scripture: Isaiah 41:13
“For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.”
There are moments when life can make us feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or afraid. Yet God gives us a beautiful promise in Isaiah 41:13: we do not have to face those moments alone.
God does not simply tell us not to be afraid—He tells us why we do not have to fear. He says, “I will help thee.” The picture of God holding our right hand reminds us of His closeness, guidance, and protection. Just as a loving parent reaches for a child’s hand, God reaches for us and assures us that He is right there.
Whatever you are facing today, remember that your strength does not depend solely on your ability to handle it. God is holding your hand. When you are weak, He will strengthen you. When you are uncertain, He will guide you. When fear whispers that you are alone, faith can answer, “The Lord is with me, and He will help me.”
Thought for Today
You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you can trust the One who is holding your hand today.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding me that I am never alone. When fear and uncertainty enter my heart, help me remember that You are holding my hand. Give me strength when I am weak, courage when I am afraid, and faith to trust Your guidance. Thank You for Your promise to help me through whatever I face. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
